Shannon helped me purchase the unit, and I wish I could remember the other gentleman’s name but It was a seamless experience and even after having an issue with the unit due to my own mess up, they helped me solve it in a matter of minutes. I feel lucky to have found this place and be taken care of these guys. Great customer service and they both did it with a smile :)

Clean, Secure, and Exceptionally Well-Managed Renting a unit at this storage facility has been an excellent experience from start to finish. The property is spotless, well-maintained, and clearly managed with great care. I was especially impressed with how easy it is to access the facility — the Bluetooth-enabled gate system is convenient and reliable, making entry and exit quick and hassle-free. A special thank you to Shannon, the manager, whose professionalism and attention to detail truly make a difference. he is courteous, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and efficiently managed storage option, I highly recommend this facility.

(BIG) shoutout and many thanks to the store manager at this particular location in Henderson, Shanon who went above and beyond for me. I was feeling overwhelmed with finding the perfect storage unit and location to store my belongings and suffering from the moving woes. After making a prior reservation online, Shanon reached out to me and honestly answered all my questions. I had been traveling for some time prior to renting my unit at ExtraSpace Storage and was under a great deal of stress when the worst thing happens to me! I accidentally misplaced my U-Haul key (I thought maybe I locked it inside the truck) but it still has yet to be found. The day I moved into my unit, after all my belongings were inside, I found myself locked out of my U-haul truck. This was after the office was closed but very early the next day, I reached out to Shanon to let him know what was going on. He shared with me he happened to know the field Supervisor of U-haul, a lady who frequents ExtraSpace and told me he would reach out to her to see if she could help. Long story short, within a matter of a few hours, by Shanon reaching out to that lady (forgive me for not knowing her name) she was able to send a tow truck to get inside the truck where they found no key…to then, having an entire key re-made for the truck, all at no-cost to me. The Angels were really looking out for me this day but it’s also, the kind empathy Shanon showed me that make him an impeccable manger and great asset to the team! It is honestly, one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me and I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know. Shanon got it all done and in my opinion, deserves a RAISE or advancement in his position because he did not have to do that, but he did, and for that, I am forever grateful. ????
