We arrived on a Sunday and found our unit to be a bit smaller than expected. We needed to upgrade to a larger unit but the office was closed because it’s a Sunday. Thankfully the store manager Ivy, was able to come in and help us switch to a larger unit and even waived the transfer fee. We appreciated her help!!
