I had a great experience renting three units and Tierra was absolutely professional, explained us the policy in details, on point and made it easy to complete the contracts. She also helped us to download the app and made it easy and effortless. The storage units are clean and well maintained and would highly recommend to anyone looking for good storage.

Tiera is one of the nicest people I’ve encountered for customer service. Her level of service is incredibly impressive. She went above and beyond for me to get my issue resolved. She would constantly reach out to me to provide an update and solution. She is very professional and handles issues well.

What a lucky organization to have such professional and customer oriented staff. I originally dealt with Stefanie ( who was fabulous); however my recent dealings have been with Tiera. So far the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The knowledge and caring relayed by this young woman are a testament to outstanding customer service. Because of your employees, this company is my go to for my needs. Edit: I just moved out...after 3+ years, Tiera made the process go smoothly. I enjoyed the time with this company. I've dealt with others, however Extra Space is the pinnacle. Specifically the 2795 Richmond hwy location. The staff are friendly and professional. The process is clear and efficient and for long term, they are the best! Anyone that leaves a bad review, has not experienced other companies. In my opinion, Extra Space, is top notch. I've rented from them in Georgia and Virginia, and received nothing less than excellent service.

A manager Sabrina recommended this location after listening to what we needed. She was amazing! We drove to this location and met Tiera, another manager and the level of service we received blew us away.!!! Felt like we have known her forever. Facility looks and smells great. I just may rent another unit soon. Thank you Tiera and Sabrina for such outstanding customer service!!
