Needed to get a larger unit. Made the transfer so easy. Both the office staff are very professional and at the same time make you feel welcome. Clean facilities, like the fact my 10x30 does not have a tall unit it is long. Such a great experience, less stress for moving!!!!

I was put a place I didn't want to be and then when I explained the mistake and I specifically made it clear I wanted Tobe in a zip code area and wasn't then they returned only the price of the unit. They wouldn't honor the admin fee or transfer my insurance from one place to another. They took 40 dollars for a mistake made by them. Other than that all was good. It did cost me a deal I had on an RV. A friend and a big head ache. I will never go to extra space again

I rarely leave reviews. This is more of a personal commendation. I've been a customer since September 2015. I continued to receive rate increases over the years. I was finally over it & went in last week to terminate my lease & move out. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile by Tami. We discussed my issues and Tami provided stellar customer service. She offered alternative options, she treated me like a valued customer and did everything to keep my business. By the end of the visit I was transferred into a less expensive unit. Saving over $50 a month. It was Tami's excellent service that kept me as a customer. I have not experienced such wonderful customer service in a very long time. Tami is someone that Extra Space should be honored to have as an employee. Thank you Tami!!
