Employees very helpful. Russ at Acton facility in birmingham, al was especially polite and patient as I had to wait at facility for about 4 hours while movers were storing my property. Great storage facility!

I chose this storage place because they had the best rpices. They raised the rates slightly each year but nothing like the last place we used. We moved out then notified them and they got us processed immediately which was nice, not 15 or 30 day notice needed. Very clean faculty
