Excellent customer service art was great he ensure that this space was nice and clean and take me to look at it and went through the Process with which I think was awesome and now I’m about to cancel and he was able to assist me to ensure I was pleased and was so reasonable to me. The space and facility was always clean. Art, the manager was always helpful and friendly. Our biggest disappointment was the constant increase in rates. We started at $70 a month, a year ago, and now it’s $200? Unaffordable. And frankly outrageous. Thus the 4 stars. Again….. the facility was wonderful, and Art was always helpful and friendly.

I have rented with just about every national storage company and ExtraSpace has slways done a great job. They even bought out one of my former storage unit owners and completely cleaned up the facility. So my expectations were high when I rented in Foley. And they did not disappoint. Booking was great, everything fast and efficient. Then my plans changed and I had to cancel. I expected a hassle or penalty. Nope. These guys were great! Helped me every step of the way. Thank you.
