Vernita was so helpful from the very beginning, and throughout the entire process. She was so patient and helpful and very knowledgeable. Thanks to her I decided to rent a unit there. The entire storage facility is very clean. I’m happy??

My experience with leasing a storage unit from extra space storage was great. The customer service representative answered all the questions I had and explained to me how the pricing worked, the insurance we had to sign up for while having the unit and made the process easier. We went to the storage building and it was a new guy there working . He took us to the unit we rented and demonstrated how we have to put the lock on the unit, explained to us where we are allowed to enter the building and that they had Dollie’s for use by us. It was a wonderful day and excellent customer service
