I was need of a storage unit due to my other facility having a rat infestation. I walked in and Mrs.Venita was great she was very helpful and got me the storage unit I thought I needed, but to my surprise I need a little bigger one.... So Mrs.Venita moved me to my new unit and no hassle at all. So it took me days to clean and salvage from last storage so I spent a few days running in and out and meet the other lady that works here named Angelica she was just as welcoming as Mrs.Venita.... so I would ?? percent tell my friends about the great experience I have endured since moving to this facility. So overall I'm very satisfied and have no complaints.....
