Great customer service!!! Becky is the best…helpful, patient, professional and friendly!?? The building at Tatum & Cave Creek is very clean…love the piped in music & air conditioning…and having a safe & secure building for my belongings. I have rented from many storage sites over the years…this one is the best!

I just have to leave a review for this location and one of its employees, Becky! Everything from start to end of my visit that day was PERFECT!! She was so knowledgeable about the property and gave me more than enough info to carefully weigh my storage options. She was so calm in making sure that all my questions were answered, even as others were coming in to the store for information as well. I will definitely recommend this location to others in the area!

We’ve stored our stuff here for about 2 years now and it’s been lovely being here. Management is around when you need them and the facility is brand new! Highly recommend keeping your stuff here if a spot opens up!!
