On August 4th, around 9:50 a.m., I visited this location to get my unit number and gate code. The employee assisting me wasn’t wearing a name badge. I explained that I no longer had the original email with my access information. I was told my existing code would work, but when I walked to the gate, it didn’t. I had to return a second time to get the correct code. When I asked for a business card to write my info down, I was told “they ( the company ) doesn’t do that anymore”. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service and hope future customers receive clearer guidance, accurate information, and a more welcoming experience.
