So my landlord decided to sell the house I’m renting and gave me 30 days notice to move. I’m by myself in AZ looking for storage units has been challenging. I looked at 5 different ones… had one I waited for 45 minutes for the staff to return from lunch… other 3 were not clean and units far apart. Saved the best for last. Called Mitch to confirm my appointment and had an emergency for my dog and reassured me he would be there and help me. This place was so clean and well kept and Mitch is so kind and understanding. He helped me find 2 units close to each and made sure I was okay with everything. He’s so kind and personable. Even asked about my Dog being @ the veterinarian. If you’re looking for a storage unit, please go see Mitch! He’ll take great care of you. Thank you again Mitch for being kind and understanding. You’re an asset to the company and hope your manager knows good people like you are far and few. ??

Super clean...only used for 6 months but well worth it. Friendly and professional staff. You cant go wrong! There are hundreds of storage places....pick the best!! That's this one!!!

Very quick response! Attentive! Answered all questions and even gave information about where to store what goods verse inside or outside unit. Great location. Stop and enjoy the view as well!

The initial rental experience was great--friendly, EFFICIENT, people, very clean unit, best prices in the area. Holly, Steven, and Tanner are the best! I was even given a phone call the day after we moved our things in alerting us to the fact that the unit wasn't properly locked (we had hired someone to help with the move and I didn't check the lock after he had locked it). I was told that you guys check to make sure the units are properly locked up as you do your walk-throughs. Thank you! We just got home from taking some things over to store and the place is still so well maintained that I had to add to my review.
