I initially chose Extra Space Storage because they offered incredible introductory rates and assured me that price increases would be minimal. Now, just three months in, the rent has nearly doubled. (Times 2 because we have 2 sheds) It’s really unfortunate and disappointing because we rely on these sheds, but it feels like we’re being taken advantage of. When I called to complain, there was no answer and no call back. I finally got ahold of “customer service” and they offered $20 off which does nothing to offset this massive price hike.
