We rented a unit at the (8803 E Pecos Road) right off of Ellsworth near Mesa/Queen Creek. Rent was quoted at $130 a month. After 90 days, we received a post card, which at first glance appeared that they were asking us to update our address. Thankfully, I noticed that the postcard was folded and sealed, or I would've thrown it away. Inside it was a notice of a rate change. My rates went from $130 a month to $210.12!!! Needless to say, we ended our agreement immediately, and moved out. I was very disappointed, and felt like it was a bait and switch. That is quite a rent hike! I have another storage unit in a different area, and have been there for 4 years. They do an annual rent increase of about 5-10%. Not a good look Extra Storage Space.
