I lost the card I was provided when I opened up my storage unit account.The card had my unit number and the access code. I had my keys, but that was it. I contacted the office are an extra space storage to find out how I can get my information. Lisa was wonderful. We played telephone tag for a while, but she sent me all the information in an email to keep it secure. She got back to me immediately because I had some things that I needed to drop off to my storage space. Extra Space storage is an amazing facility. I’ve had it for two years now and it’s always been clean and well maintained. I am very happy that I’ve chosen this location. Especially since people like Lisa and the manager, Randy, are so willing to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location if you need storage space.
