I am a new renter at ExtraSpace storage. I had the privilege of speaking with Jocelyn. She was very professional very nice answered all my questions. She helped me with the app. She explained everything thoroughly from how to get in and out the gate from how to get to my unit about the locks about paying about increases. She didn’t leave anything out. I really appreciate that she was full of smiles and patience and their hours are absolutely extraordinary that makes it worth the price and it’s super close to my home so happy to have a new storage I plan on being here for years thanks again Jocelyn and also India at the call center. So far renting with extra space storage has been exceptional. The CUSTOMER SERVICE was like none I’ve experienced in a while in a good way.
