Extremely happy with my experience here summer and Rodger both have excellent attitudes explained the process showed us how to use everything and took the time to help me setup the application to make entering the building much easier gave us a much lower rate then other locations this place has equipment to help you load and unload all your belongings with no hesitation this place is extremely clean and well looked out for restrooms are also very clean would definitely recommend this storage unit to all friends and family in the future! Thanks again summer & Rodger you guys both rock!

Before recently, our family had never needed to rent a storage unit, so this was completely new territory for us. My husband went with his brother and our 3-year-old son to visit a few local storage facilities and compare options—not just on price, but on customer service, security, and overall experience. One of the first places they visited didn’t even have an employee on site. The only way to get information was by calling a call center, which wasn’t the experience we were looking for. Thankfully, they then stopped by this location, and the difference was night and day. Summer and Roger were absolutely wonderful! They were friendly, attentive, patient, and genuinely took the time to explain everything in detail. They answered all of our questions, made the rental process easy to understand, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our decision. They also helped us get a great rate and set us up with a lock, making the entire process seamless. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and Summer and Roger truly exceeded our expectations. We left feeling confident that our belongings would be in good hands. If you’re looking for a storage facility with knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend this location. Five stars all the way!
