I had a great experience renting a unit at Extra Space Storage in Chatsworth. The entire process was incredibly smooth and easy from start to finish. Setting everything up was quick, straightforward, and stress-free, which I really appreciated. Jonathan, the manager, was especially helpful—super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made the experience even better. He took the time to answer questions and made sure everything was clear, which goes a long way. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean the facility is. The lobby is spotless and, surprisingly, it even smells really good—something you don’t always expect from a storage place. It just shows the level of care they put into maintaining the property. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a hassle-free storage experience with great customer service.
