This Exta Space Storage is a excellent place to store your valuables. I've had a storage locker here at this location since the year 2000. It name was All American Mini Storage. It was great then and it is now owned under the name of Extra Space Storage. I was just there today. It has many new improvements under the new name. I met Carrol the Office Manager today. Carrol is a very nice caring person who helped me with my new gate code access code. I use my gate code to enter the drive in gate to the storage lockers. She saw I needed to update my info to my account. I didn't have to lift a finger she did it all for me. That was very nice of her. It was a warm Summer morning as I was in the office. Her worker walked in the office and offered me a cold bottle water while I was there. That was nice of him. Told me instantly, people working here care for people. I loved that. I have a indoor locker. The hallway in my locker area was very clean. I saw a four wheel flat bed hand cart available just as I walked in the doorway to my indoor locker area. That was a good touch. Because as we walk into our indoor locker area. We might need to use that cart. Very nice to have that cart there as I walked in the door. All in all I highly recommend this storage facility. Its very safe and always clean here. And the office customer service is beautifully friendly. Extra Space Storage even has a app that gives your all your helpful account info. Including the gate access code. I'm very happy that i have Chosen this to here at this Claremont, California location on Mills Ave to be my storge facility. I give it a 5 Star rating.?????
