Brittany assisted me on finding the appropriate space for my storage needs and then walked me through the steps for the gate, building access and locating my space. I'm using the second floor of a building. Too bad there is no lift. . She made the process very easy to understand for this senior citizen.

Extra Space Storage is the only storage where I leave my car in the Bay Area. The facility is clean, well lighted & safe. I can come to this facility by myself & never feel unsafe. Lauren, the manager is accommodating & a professional.

I arrived around 10 am and Lauren show me the space I reserved. She also showed me another one for me to compare and I thanked her because the one that she recommended is better for my need. I also erroneously reserved on other sites and she took care of the cancellation. She takes time to explain to me my options if I go for a month lease or 3 months, talk about the insurance (which I took) and explain the site operations (lock, gate open/access). I’ve usd this storage space in the past and I’m very comfortable signing up again.
