Great customer service and easy to set up a storage unit!

From the second I got here.I loved this place and I knew this place must be operated by girls. It is so nice, professional,clean and organized. This was built with the person in mind who needs to store things. As I was storing all my stuff I was saying to myself how I would love to work with this company in sales. When you believe in something then it just sells itself. Just from what I see and the attitude of those who assisted me I knew this is a quality company and not just another public storage type of , I don't care about the client type business. In today's economy, that is a very hard pressed company to find. Staff, Amin and Anthony, were helpful and flexible. They assisted me in extending my reservation date and in getting a second unit close to the first. They had the best prices in town. Only downsides for me were the lack of parking and you must use their unique type of lock whichwould have been fine if I had known in advance.

I have used many self storage locations and Extra Space stands out as one of the best. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as well as temperature controlled units with easy access. Thanks for a great experience!

I'm really happy with Extra Space Storage! This facility is very new and clean, and the manager was friendly and helpful. Prices are really good compared to other spots (I compared a few) and I love that the units are air-controlled. They also have an app to access the units, making it extra convenient. My storage unit is on the basement floor but they have plenty of carts for us to move things and the elevator is big. I do have to say though, there's absolutely no phone signal in the basement floor. All in all, I'm glad I found this place!

Winn was very helpful and very informative he help me to get my unit in no time he is very responsable and this morning he has 15 minutes early, hard to find that in a young guy right?

My mom and I visited the rental storage today and we were happy with the size and how clean everything is kept. There is a ton of security cameras, so we feel comfortable leaving our household items here knowing that the area is carefully watched and secure. The staff is friendly as well and answered all of our questions that we had.
