I want to give a public thank you to Shay, the store manager. I had a unit that was going up for auction. I was extremely worried because of all the possessions I had, I only wanted the family photos and my mother's records from the storage. It was not guaranteed I would receive them after the sale. But Shay was annle o retrieve the photos, and I was extremely relieved ! Thank you so much.
