I recently had the pleasure of using Extra Space Storage, and I can't say enough about how amazing Shay, the manager, has been throughout my experience. From the moment I walked in, her cheerful demeanor and willingness to help made a lasting impression. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all customers feel valued and taken care of, making the storage process so much easier. Shay is not only knowledgeable, but her accommodating nature is truly refreshing. She always seems to find a solution to any problem I encounter, and her positive attitude is contagious. What really stands out to me is how she consistently makes it a point to inquire about my personal situation, especially as I navigate the challenges of having a father with stage 4 cancer. Her genuine concern and support have made a difficult time a bit more bearable. Alongside her, the other staff member contributes significantly to the team. Together, they create a welcoming environment that makes a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. While I have to admit I’m not thrilled about the recent change in hours, I continue to choose Extra Space Storage because of Shay's exceptional service. She truly deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication—she rocks! A raise would be well-deserved for someone who consistently goes the extra mile for customers.
