The facility is definitely older and a little run down. The upper units are somewhat hard to access with the rolling stairs, and it's difficult to get large or heavy boxes into them. But the prices reflect that, and Cristian, the manager, is extremely helpful and insightful. He was incredibly transparent and willing to help figure out solutions!

My first time renting a storage here. Great price!! Chris is very nice with excellent customer service. He is very helpful and descriptive. He explained me well of the storage sizes/prices. The storage location is great, closes to the airport. But the building/facility is quite old, needs some renovation.
