Can't get ahold of anyone and I am locked out of my storage and have not even had it 24hrs. No explanation no nothing I have only been there once to drop off my items and that was all. I even pay extra for the 24 hr access. This place is not good don't I repeat don't get a unit here.

It was a easy process to rent a storage here being mothers day and all but Every thing was smooth I was having a bad day cause my property was gonna get lost if I didn't get somewhere to put it I rented the storage and the people from this storage helped me accommodated me with there help made me comfortable thank you extra space storage for that yeah it was smooth I appreciate your business and hospitality in this time of my life

I love my being here, the manager here is fantastic, the grounds are always clean. Everyone that works here has nothing but great things to say about Sarah. And you can see the respect, they show her. She is all about what is good for the company as well as the customer. The only thing that I am not happy about is that the increase of the rent is so often. As well as you r not taking into consideration, that our income raises are not allowing, us to keep up.
