I was pleased to have Chris and Andre recommended to me by my mover. Great location, availability, security, value and service! Chris and Andre go the extra mile to explain things clearly, offer solutions, and they are friendly, knowledgable, and available. I've had an excellent experience finding and renting two units across several months given a complicated set of moves I was doing, including having to rent an additional unit on the morning of the biggest move-in, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. They operate with a lot of transparency about their business and what they can do for a customer. They are part of a big corporate unit (which comes with those conveniences we like - the mobile app, the security, the systems) and yet they feel homey and super-approachable, like a small business. And with things there for the long term, I feel confident about their service and how it will go. Five stars; absolutely recommend!
