Very kind managers, always helpful and take amazing care of the units. At one point I accidentally left my unit open over night and they were kind enough to come down and close it for me. Good security-never had to worry about break-ins or anything like that. Everything was clean and well-maintained and I heartily recommend them!

I felt so blessed and honored when I came to put a couple of items in my storage, not knowing that the gate closes at 10 PM so when I was leaving, I have problems getting out come to find out they close at 10 PM but to the beautiful people who worked there I went through the emergency line and they called the management and Miss Christine came out and let me out. You’re such a beautiful thing and a blessing when you have people who care and especially people with no attitude that’s the beauty of it. They’ve always been pleasant to me. Mr. & Mrs. Sims: I was so nervous last night when this incident occurred, but when she came out with a smile on face, all the tension release was release from me, that was a beautiful feeling to me because they are two beautiful people, and I am so glad to be doing business with them. And may the Lord continue blessing them and keeping them covered because they definitely blessed me have a beautiful life, Mr. and Mrs. Sims. God bless you both.

The managers Andre and Chris at Extra Space on Meeker Ave Richmond, CA are wonderful, helpful and extremely active and visible onsite. The storage grounds/units are extremely clean and I feel safe. I would rate this storage unit site a 10 out of 10
