I will say the customer service of this business is always very pleasant. It is very easy for me to forget I even have a storage unit since it just holds my many bins of holiday decorations. After Christmas I completely forget about payments. So there are a few times where I have gotten behind. It’s never a big problem or a hassle. I pay the past due amount and they drill the lock off and give me a new one. They are so nice and kind and sweet about it and never make me feel bad for forgetting. No angry voicemails about being put up for auction. My roomate moved out so to save some money in this crazy economy I decided to use the extra room as a storage. Move out process was extremely easy. I just cleared out, I swept my unit out, and called to let them know it was all clear. Everyone I ever encountered there was so sweet and nice. 10/10 would rent a unit here again.

I had a very pleasant customer service experience with Jenny G today on the phone. She helped me set up an auto-pay service on my 3 units very quickly and it seemed like she genuinely enjoyed assisting me. I highly recommend this business for your storage needs!

Jenny and Malcom were awesome! I was in a pinch to get a new lock for my locker and they were able to help me out within minutes. Great experience. Would definately recommend.
