Upon arriving I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. Representative took me my reserved unit after explaining all the security features and how everything worked. After seeing the unit, further instruction was provided, and the rental process was seamless.

NEVER do business with these people. It’s a bait and switch pricing model. They advertise a low price, then 2 months later double it, and their online pages & contract are very very misleading. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Dean was very accommodating and friendly and was an ace at directing the traffic in and out of this busy place. The storage unit was clean and well maintained and secure and it was very easy to access.
