This is a solid 3 star review. Major kudos to the employees! The staff was friendly and extremely polite. The facility was kept clean and (relatively) safe. However, I was shocked by the frequency of rent increases (more than yearly). I was also not refunded the last 20 or so days of rent on the unit I vacated which seemed a little unfair. Again, nothing wrong with the service or certainly not the employees.

We understand that the rate increases frequently. We do review the rates typically on a 4-9 month basis. Unfortunately, we do a refund for days not used. Carlos , super cool dude. You don’t get good customer service like this anymore. He was very accommodating staying open later than office hours and represented the extra storage extremely well !!I would definitely recommend your store any over other storage place and location!
