Whether from the initial inquiry, to seeing the unit, completing the registration, or beginning the logistics of moving belongings, there's a graciousness that starts with the manager Oliver Balleza and the thoroughness in details that Oliver and his staff extends to people that is the extra part of the self-storage experience of Extra Space Storage. •Also, the staff is plugged into how iPhones and Smart Phones assist every day living. The Extra Space app embraces the idea of simplicity with how its designed to handle opening entrance gate and elevator doors, and patience is what's extended first and foremost. •Finally, there's a sense of belonging that overshadows the whole experience. This is best displayed by inquiries of The Extra Space employees with the process and/or the basic idea of saying hello to others.
