Staff is friendly and helpful, but screw this company on its policies. They offer web introductory rates and will change your monthly rate within a few months of storing your stuff. My bill was raised over $100 right around Christmas and there was little negotiation about it. Good for short term storage but don’t plan on storing your stuff at the rate you signed up for after a few months. Edit: increased my monthly rent again. This place will bleed your dry.

Very fast service. This specific facility is a little different from their other locations since it's in downtown SF. We ended up not getting a locker here because of the smaller compartments compared to other locations, but they were very accommodating and honest about how this location is diff
