Excellent!! The staff are unbeatable! They are professional they're helpful as well as understanding and forgiving. Thinking that they were another storage unit I hung up on them twice and was rude to them both times not realizing that it was them and I had just rented a unit from them online. LOL like I said they are very friendly and very forgiving thank God! and they still rent it to me LOL If I could give a thousand star rating I would

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint very soon after having the unit the price increase alot more than I had expected. From the low 200,s to 345 a month. I only had the unit about 7 months.
