I pre-paid for 6 months of storage. After 3 months I was told that they were eliminating my spot, and that I had 30 days to vacate. I do not live locally, so the only time that I could come within 30 days was that immediate weekend. I spent a couple of days looking for a new space with a different company, and moved everything. Then I was told that they would not refund me for the rest of the month because you need to give 30 days notice. So, in order to not pay for storage in two locations at the same time was to move on the exact last day of my term, which would maybe be fair except for that they told me that I had to leave so they could make more money by renting to someone else. I think this was totally unfair because I was a model tenant and would have happily just stayed.

Just had a new born so I've been up north with my in laws since January. So I missed their small letter about a rental increase The increased my rent by 60%!!! 165 to 265 a month The place is run down and in the middle of nowhere, this is crazy greed. I plan on canceling Edit: Called them they lowered it from 265 to 240, claimed it was market rate ( lies ). Cancelled it moving out of that unit Stay far away from this place they are slimy
