First time getting a storage unit and I did not know what to expect, but Jimmy made it a super easy and enjoyable experience. He took the time to show us several units with clear pricing expectations and answered all of our questions. He also let us know that the building itself was brand new (open for about a year) and that he is actively looking at the security cameras. I was additionally pleasantly surprised by how clean and secure every part of the building was. Immaculately clean looks really secure the temperature control is amazing . Management and staff are really patient and helpful I'm very inept with digital stuff and they helped me set up the app so that I could navigate entrance and payments.
