I. Rented storage for 20 years and NEVER HAD ONE THAT CLOSES ON SUNDAY . After i rented the unit paid and all i found out they close SUNDAY . I MEAN PEOPLE MOVE ON WEEKENDS . NOW I WONT BE ABLE TO MOVE BECAUSE I HAVE SATURDAY ONLY AND WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA OR LOSE A DAY OF WORK TO FINISH MY MOVING ON MONDAY . I not even thought about looking at hours because every Storage that I know and rented for the best 20 years I open Saturday and Sunday this is going to be a nightmare. I’m gonna have to lose a one day of work or pay extra for my landlord because I won’t be able to do the movie now. Ridiculous never again.

Rented at Extra Space Storage in Wilmington. Call center told me I could move in before the office opened, but when I got there my unit had a lock and I couldn’t access it. Phone just sends you back to the closed office after taking your money, so no help. On-site staff said she was “off the clock” and wouldn’t walk to open the unit, but told me she could issue a refund while still off the clock, which makes no sense since she wouldn’t help with the unit. Left with all my stuff. Waste of time.
