Got a unit about 9 months ago. It was around $134 per month. Since then they’ve raised the price twice. Around December they raised it to $188. Now, they’re raising it to $250. This is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. That’s over 100% higher than what I originally started at. And it hasn’t even been a full year yet. I’ve never had a storage unit in the past raise my rate. I like the storage facility and the workers are nice but the fact that they’re raising my rate to more than double of what I started at is insane. To piggy back on this… I ended up paying way more than the original price. When I got my stuff from storage a ton of little tiny moth things had eaten my feather duster and I’m still finding them in my new place even a month later. My storage unit was infested. Also, my boyfriend was getting our stuff out of storage and the door automatically locked him out at 10pm leaving our stuff exposed. Somehow, we are missing a bunch of random things including a very sentimental item that my deceased dad made. It is heart breaking. They claim to have security but where were they when my boyfriend got locked out of the building? Where were they when my stuff got stolen? This place is absolutely horrible. They claim to have had nothing left behind or turned in.

This is absolutely one of the best storage units I've ever rented. The staff is amazing it's so clean and this is so secure. It's convenient and I'm going to mention again the staff is nothing but the best.
