The pro was that it was easy to access and store our stuff here. The con was that when we moved our stuff out after 8 months it was filthy! Soo much dusty dirt coated everything. I’m just glad there didn’t seem to be water damage. If that much dirt could get in, I imagine a lot of moisture could as well.
