Very clean facility. Both the Manager and Assistant Managers are professional and very nice. We had a lot of problems with our move from Chicago to Colorado and they were very helpful and accommodating to cause us less hassle. We’ve had a great experience in the first month of occupancy.

I needed a place to store my household items, including electronics, that would not be exposed to extreme temperatures. I was pleased to find Extra Space Storage. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean and secure. My unit was clean and easy to access. I did not worry about any insects or rodents. I never had to worry about my possessions while in storage.

This may be the best storage facility in northern Colorado. The cleanliness is impressive. Security is top notch. And customer service is impressive. I wouldn't store my stuff anywhere else.

So far okay, sign is misleading saying first month free. "The "old bait routine", the deal was no longer viable. The marquee ad should be removed. Other than that people are nice, facility seems clean.

We rented a unit while building our garage, and our experience with everyone at Extra Space Storage was excellent! The unit was spacious, clean and well-lit, the facility had great security and easy access for customers, and the staff was always very helpful and prompt with responses.
