I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage facility. Moving is always very stressful, but the consistent courtesy and genuine helpfness of all of the staff, especially the Manager, Chris, made my experience a very positive one. My questions were promptly and professionally answered, an extensive tour was given, every call was returned, and every detail thoroughly explained. Amid the turmoil of moving, I totally appreciated the way I was valued as a customer. I wish all experiences were as good!

This self-storage business is run extremely well, with friendly and accommodating service. Chris the manager has been very helpful and will be there for your storage needs. I've been using this location for over 5yrs and they've always been there for me. I can't recommend them enough!

Friendly service, great prices, clean & well maintained facility that is safe. Have been a customer for four years & have nothing but praise for Greg, Chris & all of the other employees that make Extra Space a professional, courteous & fair place to do business with. They value their customers, are there for any concerns they might have & immediately are responsive. Wouldn't trust our things with any place else!

Extra Storage is a friendly, clean facility in Farmington on Brickyard Rd. Chris & Greg in the office are fantastic! When I couldn’t meet an individual at the storage unit as I had planned, they were right there for me, met the individual, helped me out by doing exactly what I needed & I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff at this location are so friendly and kind. Using a storage facility is never a pleasant experience, but this facility is all I could hope for. The indoor heated units stay at a suitable temperature, the halls are well lit, and the gate works great. Sign up and cancellation were both a breeze online. Text communications were great.
