I had a great experience at the Extra Space Storage location on Blair Rd NW in DC. Mike provided outstanding customer service and was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. I brought up a concern about an unexpected increase in my payments, as well as some recent unknown withdrawals from my account. Instead of brushing it off, Mike took my concerns seriously and promptly contacted the appropriate department to investigate the issue. He kept me informed throughout the process and made me feel that my concerns truly mattered. Mike is always willing to go above and beyond to help his customers, and his dedication and professionalism truly stand out. I also want to thank Tah for the support and assistance provided.
