I rented a storage space from this company for my daughter, she was later advised that she didn't have to move out of her dorm, so she didn't need the storage after I paid for it. I called and explained the situation and was given a full refund. The man that assisted me was very understanding and he even apologized for my inconvenience, this company is great!
