Great experience. Let me store my motorcycle there, was charged for a month I didn’t use, but was credited back without having to call! 10/10 will use again when needed

The entire process went smoothly, without having to physically enter a building for payment and obtain lock for storage unit. Professional paperwork sent via email.. Once I was able to end my relationship with Extra space , a simple phone call is all it took. I would use there services again.

These folks came through with the perfect size unit that we needed, when we needed one in a crunch. I've been using this storage place for several years, an I even have an after hours entry which makes it convenient for me with my work schedule. I've never had any problems with them except for this last time I rented a unit and after so many days the prices went up 50% which is a lot with all the financial hardships going on right now. But other the that the staff are very nice an easy to talk to an the place is very well kept, so overall I would recommend them ??%
