Today I was so well taken care of by James at the Gulf to Bay location. He went above and beyond to show me the different locations of the units including a size that I wasn’t even aware of, which I ended up renting. In this day & age it’s rare for a person to treat someone the way he treated me. Thank you so much! Extra Space Storage is very clean, secure & I recommend them for your storage needs. So far my experience was great I actually ordered another Locker that I did not need the gentleman working the counter went through a lot to get me my money back within minutes as I had only rented it a few minutes before I realized I wouldn't need it if I had anything that I didn't like it is the locks are hard to work with other than that seems to be a good place
