I recently moved out of my unit at Extra Space Storage at the end of my rental period and discovered a live roach infestation. I found pests inside my unit and watched roaches crawling in and out of neighboring units in the hallway. Finding pests throughout a facility that should be clean and secure was very disappointing, and it forced me to spend extra time and money treating my items before bringing them elsewhere. Be cautious storing sensitive items here until their pest control improves.
