David at the Extra Space Storage location at 5600 S. University Drive, Davie, FL 33328 has provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. For more than a month, he has worked with me to coordinate the staged delivery of a POD to the facility. Throughout the entire process, he has been incredibly helpful, proactive, informative, and consistently courteous. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, David took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly and that I understood the process. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence that everything would go smoothly. What speaks volumes is that I had planned to transfer to an Extra Space Storage location closer to my apartment after my move. However, because of the exceptional service David has provided over the past month, I’ve decided to stay at this facility instead. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find, and it deserves to be recognized. David is a tremendous asset to Extra Space Storage. If you’re looking for a storage facility where you’re treated with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care, I highly recommend this particular Extra Space storage location. Thank you, David, for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive experience!
