I began using Extra Space Storage (Daytona Beach) in 2025. I have nothing but positive things from this experience. Staff was always helpful. Wish I could provide names! Facility was always maintained. And, I am a stickler for clean LOL! And, maybe most importantly, they were always helpful at me staying ahead of rate hikes by providing guidance/assistance while paying in for months in advance to lock in a rate. It's not often these days to find good service. This storage facility will always be recommended on my behalf. Great job!!! And, thank you.

Absolutely no reason to raise the rates. Received a notice that my $75 small unit, is being increased to $133 a month.. I have been there all of 3 months, and they already want to stick it to me. What a joke. There is no reason to raise the rates except to line the pockets of the greedy owner. Disgusting. Not only did they blame it on market conditions.. like all the apartments complexes do. But they are contributing to the problem of inflation. Good job Extra Space ! now everyone who tells me they are looking for a storage unit, I’ll steer them away from Extra Space. Funny how my same unit is being advertised for $92 online. Quite pathetic.
