We needed to store our boat and Briana was able to get us a spot immediately that worked for us. She was very kind and easy to work with. We always enjoy seeing her smiling face when we pull in to get out boat out. Great customer service!!

Briana and Brett are phenomenal! Their customer service truly goes above and beyond. They remember their customers and treat everyone like longtime friends or family. We originally reserved a unit online, but due to a mistake on our end, we accidentally selected a non-climate-controlled unit instead of the climate-controlled one we needed. When we brought it to their attention, Briana and Brett immediately found the right unit for us and made the switch effortlessly. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location, especially because of the outstanding service Briana and Brett provide. Thank you both!

Excellent!! We were renting this space before it became Extra Storage Space. We have had the opportunity to work with a great deal of staff. But I must say Brianna has been the best. The facility is always clean. We always see her smiling face walking through the units to make sure all is well. In the past I have had homeless people renting units near our unit and going in and out would be scary. Not any more! Brianna thank you for securing items I have dropped and left behind, for finding the best deals for us, for sweeping and mopping making sure we have the best possible experience. Thank you!
