Bay St. Louis facility manager, Samantha, is a major asset to Extra Space. She sets the standard for courtesy and professionalism. Ricky, the new store manager, is also top notch. These ladies will bend over backwards to address any concerns or difficulties that a customer might have. My wife and I had to move out of a unit, and Samantha, Ricky, and the regional manager, Greg, all volunteered to help us move heavy boxes. Amazing! Customer service way above and beyond the call. Because of Samantha, Ricky, and Greg did so much for us, we are now loyal Extra Space customers.
