The Mary Esther Cutoff location is probably one of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen. The manager, Bill R., is always pleasant to deal with. Dumping when people move out is awful. Never in my experience with storage facilities has there been a dumpster. I have always had to take my trash with me. Instead these people dump it by the road of the neighboring hotel. It's honestly disgusting. This company needs to invest in large print NO DUMPING signs for each location. Vendors really should be a little more quick to act. I have been there several times and the biggest complaint is that the drive through door is broken. So we have to go in this location backwards and its been broken for a while. Work smarter; not harder.

I've been a customer here for over a year now and this place is by far the best storage facility I've ever used and I've had my stuff in storage all around the world. The place is clean and cool with spacious lockers and thanks to the manager Bill I've never had a problem during the entire time I've rented space here!

5 star.. Bill was terrific to deal with even from out of state,. He was able to help with the paperwork, followed up promptly, answered all my questions and had a great sense of humor too..He was there to help when we finally arrived, the facility is spotless and we were very pleasantly surprised with how big our unit is. Thanks Bill!! you really made a rough move so much better!
