My experience with Extra Space Storage was great! The office Manager Franky seen we were moving out as he was opening office came and set the doors to auto for us first, Franky has always kept the property neat and clean, very nice, reasonable rates and your items will always be secured!

Predatory business practices! Bait and switch pricing without notification. Stay far away! Be aware of these 5 star reviews they ask for a 5 star and bribe you with a lock at no cost. Hence so many 5 star reviews read all of the one stars all saying the same thing! Once you are settled in they will damn near double your rent I received zero communication my rent was going from $180 to $282 a month after my first month and if you don’t give them a weeks notice before moving out they will bill you for an entire month we moved out a few days before our new billing cycle and they refused to not charge us the next months rent !

I have used Extra Space a few times for storage and this location was the best experience. The Manager Franky you can tell truly cares and takes pride in his job. He keeps the facility super clean at all times inside and outside, the bathrooms are always very very clean, when he sees you he will always say hello and ask how you are doing, very personable! If I need Storage again I will definitely come back to Franky!!!!
