Rented a 5 x 5 unit for several years, it’s always clean, well lit, and maintained. The only reason why I rate this as 3 stars and not 5 is due to the fact that when I signed on it was $40/month, by the time I ended my rental it was over $90/month. Even being standard practice across the industry, doesn’t make it right.
