Went to Extra Space Storage & met Pete. He was very friendly & full of information, explaining everything to us. The next day we met Gina ro actually rent our unit. She to extra time to go over even more details & even made sure my sister & I could get into our new unit. The facility is extremely nice, clean, well lit & most of all secure for our belonging. Outstanding staff the go above & beyond. Would highly recommend using this facility

Wow moving is terrible. I have just had the worst experience with movers EVER coming from Chicago to Naples... and I have extensive moving experience over the past 20 years. THE BEACON OF LIGHT has been Gina and Kyle at Extra Space Storage at Rattlesnake Hammock Road. ***** (Five stars) ***** My mom recommended it to me because she is nearby and saw the new construction this past Fall. It's super convenient being just off Collier Blvd which is just off I-75. Even my terrible movers beat me to our meeting here to unload everything. But I'm getting ahead of myself.... First, I showed up last week to tour the facility (they're lovely on the phone btw when making an appointment). It's new, it's clean, and at this moment in time, you can take your pick of storage units. Drive-ups? First floor? Second floor? 10x10? 10x15? 10x20? I don't even know what else is available because I walked in after making one phone call for an appointment, got straight to the point because I was exhausted from dealing with the whole rigamoroll, and Gina didn't waste time. She figured out what I might need, figured out what options would be best, and gave me the tour. After we (mom and I) figured out what we (Mom and I) thought Mom and I needed and wanted, Gina weighed in NO PRESSURE, walked us through everything, and it was a great $ deal. I have just graduated grad school and am money conscious. Also, I had previously researched South Florida storage units so I kinda had an idea of what was up. So basically, not only did I leave that day feeling like I got a great storage unit, in a great place, for a super fair deal, that was super accessible, but I felt like a human being again. Fast forward to today, when my terrible movers showed up, and Gina popped in ASAP the second I pulled up to the loading dock to keep the door ajar for us, and she periodically showed up to ask if we needed to throw anything away and she'd be more than happy to take our weird balls of duct tape away with her.

Well designed and laid out. Loading zone is well laid out. Security is very high, a code needed to enter and use the elevator both up and down. Background music and a washroom. All size units we were shown had roll up doors rather than swing doors.
