I was pleasantly surprised when arriving to the facility, it was well lit and easy to find after hours from out of state. I was not familiar with the location but booking online / over the phone was seamless. After arriving, there was a bit of a snafu with my reservation which ended up working out in the end. The following morning, I went into the office and the mgr, Jason, was super friendly, professional, accommodating to my situation, and helpful. He assured me that my issue would be taken care of and resolved, I am trusting him at his word. I'm very happy that I have chosen Extra Space Storage as my provider.

Love how easy it is to book and pay for a storage unit. I have used Extra Space in the past and always impressed by their process from start to finish. The facilities is always so clean, safe, and staff always friendly. I am so glad they built one next to where I currently live. There are 3-4 other storage places in the same area but choosing Extra Space was a no brainer. And the cost is so affordable. Thank you.
