Exceptional service! We needed an additional unit close to our current unit and the guys went out of their way to ensure we received the best rate for that particular unit. They are always helpful when I call. We will continue to do business with the Nokomis location because of how helpful and accommodating their team is!

The lease was a good experience except for the sales representative Steven in NC was forced to do two separate charges to pay for four months. The contract he sent noted only one month paid and no receipts were emailed. The site manager Jeff at 255 N Tamiami trail Nokomis Fl 34275 fixed the issue by sending me the receipts. Haven’t moved into the unit as of yet. Hope all will go well.
